Your agreement

SnapCook is operated by Arnold Olah. You contract with Arnold Olah for access to the recipe service, with purchases resold by Paddle as described below. By continuing to use SnapCook, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account details. Keep your login credentials confidential.

The cooking service

SnapCook uses AI to suggest family meals from photos or typed ingredients, with generated dish and step pictures. The free plan includes three recipe packs per calendar month. The offered Premium plan includes unlimited recipe packs at 49 SEK per month or 490 SEK per year, once paid subscriptions are available. The selected billing frequency and final total are shown at checkout. Features requiring an account include recipe generation and saved favorites.

AI accuracy and food safety

AI outputs and pictures may be inaccurate and are illustrative, not evidence of ingredient identity, freshness or safety. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, labels, quantities, cooking temperatures and instructions before cooking. Never rely on a photo or recipe to establish that food is safe. Outputs are not medical, nutritional or other regulated professional advice; seek qualified oversight where needed.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your inputs and use of outputs, and must have the rights to any photos or content submitted. Do not use SnapCook for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, hateful content, abusive deepfakes, malware or harmful instructions. Do not probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass usage limits, jailbreak AI safeguards or redistribute the service without permission.

We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts to address misuse, rights complaints or safety risks.

Content and intellectual property

Arnold Olah retains rights in SnapCook's software, documentation and branding. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in your inputs and grant permission to host and process them only as needed to provide the service. You may use generated recipes for your cooking, subject to applicable law and third-party rights; AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Rights holders may report alleged infringement to Arnold Olah, identifying the content and their rights. We may remove disputed content and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, recurring billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and the details shown when you purchase. A paid subscription renews at its selected frequency unless cancelled. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Both Premium frequencies unlock the same unlimited recipe packs after confirmed payment. Paddle cannot automatically schedule a monthly/yearly switch: requesting a change stops renewal, preserves paid access, and requires a new checkout for the selected frequency after access ends. No immediate extra charge is taken. Failed recipe generation restores the allowance; picture retries remain linked to the original recipe pack. Refer to our Refund Policy for how to request a refund. Real checkout is unavailable until seller verification and payment approval are complete.

Availability and termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may maintain or update the service as needed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date; material changes to an existing paid agreement will be communicated where legally required. These terms are subject to applicable Swedish law without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
